Former senior vice president and chief communications officer for Duke Energy, AT&T, and General Motors, where he led launch communications for the Chevrolet Volt. Across these roles, he oversaw corporate and executive communications, media relations, brand strategy, and digital engagement for major American companies. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia.

Hon. Christine Krolic

Former Mayor and current Councilmember of Hillsborough, CA, with leadership roles in political campaigns, nonprofit boards, and community fundraising. She previously served as Finance Director for Congresswoman Jackie Speier and has chaired boards supporting education, the arts, and homeless services. She holds a BA in English and Theatre from Arcadia University.

Hon. Frank Lavin

Former U.S. Ambassador to Singapore and Undersecretary for International Trade, with senior finance roles at Bank of America and Citibank. He played a key role in negotiating the U.S.–Singapore Free Trade Agreement and brings deep expertise in international trade, finance, and economic policy.

Maura Weston

Principal at Cornerstone Government Affairs in New Hampshire with decades of legislative and regulatory strategy experience. She has represented clients across energy, healthcare, telecommunications, and procurement and previously served as Finance Chair of the New Hampshire Republican Party. She holds a JD from the University of New Hampshire School of Law.

Murphy currently serves as co-director of the University of Southern California’s Center for the Political Future. He has also served as a founding board member of the University of Chicago Institute of Politics and as a senior fellow at Harvard’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs. A lifelong automotive enthusiast, he is also an EV owner and advocate.

Dan Krassner

Executive Director, EVs for All America

Dan Krassner is executive director of EVs for All America, a nonprofit research and public education organization working to end the partisan divide over electric vehicles. He leads the organization’s research and public opinion work, including research on first-time EV buyers that informed California’s MyFirstEV program, and studies on expanding charging access for apartment residents. He has briefed policymakers in multiple states on making scarce incentive dollars go further.

Dan has spent more than 20 years building cross-partisan coalitions on public policy. He co-founded Integrity Florida, a nonpartisan government watchdog, served as political director at RepresentUs and senior director of campaigns at Unite America, and was chief strategy and communications officer at the Florida Chamber of Commerce. His work has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Washington Post and CBS Sunday Morning.
